West African agricultural commodities
Sourcing, quality control and export, from the field to the port of destination.
Welcome

We buy from the people who harvest and sell to the people who process. In between, we answer for the quality and for the paperwork.
K.Paulson Company is an agricultural commodity trader. We source across West Africa (cashew nuts, sesame, soybeans, cocoa, coffee and shea) and sell wholesale, by the container, to industrial buyers in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Our role is that of an intermediary between African producers and buyers in the rest of the world. Two locations make it work: one in Togo, as close as possible to the collectors and cooperatives; one in Germany, where quotation, contract and logistics are handled, whatever the buyer's country. The goods leave one continent and reach the other with the same counterpart throughout.
You will not find prices on this site: they move with the season, the freight and the currency. Tell us the product, the quantity and the destination: we come back with a firm quotation.
Our range
Ten products, four families. Each product page lists the parameters we quote on.
The company
One chain, from the lot spotted at the collector's to the loaded container: we do not subcontract the link that decides the quality.
K.Paulson Company was founded in 2025, but the trade is not learned on a website: the team practises agricultural commodity trading and knows the West African supply chains, from collection to port.
Two locations, two roles: Togo to source as close as possible to production, Germany to stay reachable on the buyer's side, in Europe as well as across the other markets we serve.

Sourcing
A network of collectors and cooperatives across West Africa, built season after season. We identify the lots, negotiate the purchase and secure the volumes before shipment.
Quality control
Sampling from collection onwards, testing of the contractual parameters (moisture, nut count, defect rate, foreign matter), then SGS inspection before shipment, by an independent third party.
Export and documentation
Packing, fumigation, container stuffing, freight booking. Every shipment leaves with its full set of export documents.
